Don Flowers purchased this SDR from Liberty Cycles back in 1973. Don never rode it in competition, only trail riding or while supporting his son Larry’s racing efforts. Somewhere along the line Wayne bought the bike from the Flowers. It needed some kick starter/transmission work. I got involved around 2003; Robbie and I rebuilt the engine and got it running.
